Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions: Opened, used, or damaged items (unless damaged during transit) are not eligible for return. Perishable goods, including canned iced tea, cannot be returned if opened.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@yaldatea.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for Confirmation: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship the Items: Send the items back to the address provided in the confirmation email. Ensure the RMA number is included in your package.
3. Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping Costs: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods).
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when contacting us about your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability and will be processed once the returned item is received.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

6. Non-Returnable Items
